This app is good but horrible I deleted everything out my phone and it still wont download its unfair ?? can the size of the app be changed please?!!???!! Then I will give it a five star but this is horrible I seen better apps that have a better size requirement

Worst app ever it will only work once and never again. Once you close this app it wont open again and all of your information will stay there and the only way to open the app again is to delete it and add it again I try getting help from Apple Support and thats what they did I backed up my phone and erase all settings and it still didnt work. By way all of my apps work except iMovie. Zero stars if I could

The app has plenty of good features but glitches plague the app. Audio will overlap randomly and some clips will change in length for no reason. Fix the glitches and bugs and its a 5 star app.

My mind cant comprehend the fact that Apple can hold so much pride in their products and essential apps when it comes to ones like these. The amount of glitches and crashes in this app is about as comparable to one of those cheap video editing apps youd scroll past and laugh at. Heck, I downloaded one of those just to see how itd turn out, and even THOSE apps have less glitches and more features than the "magnificent", $4.99 iMovie. To say that Im disappointed in this app is an understatement. Id spend hours editing a video project for school, or sometimes maybe even just for fun. It would all turn out great after I make the finishing touches. But when I press that play button to watch the final result of all my hard work...Video is laggy and choppy, audio is completely mixed up, and all my hard work flushes down the drain. This has happened to me more than once, and each time itd happen Id delete the app in utter frustration, re-download a few months later hoping it had a decent update that fixed all the bugs, and then the cycle starts all over again. Why the heck am I deleting all of my actually entertaining and decent apps to make space for an expensive video editor thats just like all of the other free ones? Is there any effort put into this app whatsoever, or is the franchise name "Apple" just shoved in there to hide the fact that the app is pure garbage? For now, it seems as though the latter is the honest answer. However, after all, this is a billion dollar company were talking about. So Im going to delete this app again, hoping a few months from now itd have a decent update where I can successfully edit projects without any bugs. But please...Please dont let that frustrating cycle start again.

This app is like windows moviemaker, but if the people who made windows moviemaker all were injured in a horrible accident, so some retarded faggots who like apple had to remake moviemaker for some reason. So useless.

I love this app. It is so easy to use! My only suggestion is if you could make it so that you can move the text box instead of just center and lower, etc. It would be great if I could drag the text box wherever, and tilt it too

I love it!! I mean Im not great at it yet and it takes practice but overall Ill give it a 10/10 recommendation. I mean I wont lie TO ME the trailer section is pointless to have I like the movie section a whole lot better. Also, I wish that they give you free music to add onto the app n you dont have to buy it off of iTunes. I still love it though. Like I said, 10/10!! ❤️❤️ does anyone else know any free app like this?¿

I love using this to edit but... I really wish that they could put in greenscreen! The Mac(Book) have that! Why cant they have it for the devices? I paid 5.99 for this app, and I want my moneys worth. If it did have the green screen, I would rate this 5 stars.

Lots of unexpected quitting and bugs in the software i.e. Clips dont transition smoothly after removing audio, unwanted sound as a result also of removing audio or shortening clips, unexpected quitting or app stops working, etc. Overall it works ok but as something people pay for and apple developed I would expect a better, smoother, more reliable app/product.

I love using this for my YouTube channel the only thing I dont like is that it wont let me use my music I have downloaded and paid for. For some reason it says the song are DRM protected and are unable to play In my movie

I really like this app, but the standout problem was that I cant change the music for my trailer. I have a daughter who uses an iPod6 and the application is very limiting, whereas on my iPhone I have more freedom. Create an update for the iPod6 please. Thank you for reading.

I love using this app, its amazing. But my friend has a mac book and I only have my phone because I cannot at the moment afford a mac book. I use iMovie to make video edits a lot but I dont have exactly really good transitions, on the mac book/laptop version you have a lot more transitions and Id be nice if you could add them.

Good app, works good. Edits videos good, however it takes up way too much space just to merge two videos.

Its not that bad but it takes up a lot of storage

I would enjoy if you could make so you can of transitions and effects on texts

Its helpful for editing but sometimes it doesnt let me use transitions which it kinda what I need that app for... if you could make new transitions and make them always available that would be great! If you could add more complex stuff yet make it easier to use, that would be nice. And what does "move playhead away from end to add overlay" even MEAN????
