I had it before

I had this app before and now Im trying to download it again for some videos that need to be edited. But it wont let me download?. Im using my wifi and its working but it wont download the app. I used to be able to download and it would download in 1 minute. But not it almost takes an hour. I cant download and I really want to have it on my phone. Please look at my review.
