Everything is such a mess I cant even get to the app

Id love to write an actual review of the app but I cant even download it as, for whatever idiot reason, you cant download anything over 100 MB unless on wifi. And I dont have wifi cause I switched to unlimited data. Not only that, but now the un-downloaded app just sits on my home screen saying "Waiting" and IT WONT GO AWAY. Ive tried deleting it many times but now it just sits there unaffected and taunts me. Jesus H christ...
