NO SUPPORT

I uploaded one vid successfully but now it crashes constantly. I deleted & re-added app... same problem. My phone is updated. Its very frustrating as this is my job & now I cant do it? If you try to report the issue (which even appears on their dropdown menu) you just get looped back to speaking w/support which I did & sent me to the link that sticks you in the loop... its ANNOYING & NOT SUPPORTIVE
