PLEASE READ

I cant download or update any apps on this iCloud, when I try to, it says "verification required".
So I made a new iCloud hoping that I can download iMovie again. But I have to buy it, and I dont want to buy it again because I already purchased it on this iCloud. I cant re-download it because "verification required" will pop up.
